I’m getting an incomplete error when registering, how can I register?
The reason you are getting the missing error is due to insufficient conditions on the account linking screen. That's why you can't register.
How can I participate in tournaments?
You must first join or create a team. In order to participate in tournaments, you must have 5 players on your team. If these conditions are met, you can register for the tournament by going to the page of the tournament you want to participate in, clicking the register button.
How to cancel tournament registrations?
You can cancel your registration 3 minutes after registering for the tournament. However, tournament entries cannot be canceled 15 minutes before the start of the tournament.
I can’t change my username, how can I change it?
For security reasons, you cannot change your username yet.
Why can’t I change my email address?
For security reasons, you cannot change your email address yet.
How can I create a team or join a team?
Whichever game you want to create a team for, you need to link that game to your account in the account settings section. Then you can press looking for team or create a team in the menu on the left from the corresponding game or account section
How can I change the team name, abbreviation, team image?
The team name and abbreviation are currently only subject to change when the team leader creates a new ticket. In order for the team images to be updated, teams must have 5 levels.
How to invite a player to the team?
To invite a player to the team, the player must be your friend. If the player is your friend, you can invite him by entering his profile with the option ’More -> Invite him to the team’. Also players can send a request to join teams with their own wishes.
How to remove a player from the team?
You can remove players from the team by entering the team settings page.
How to authorize team players?
You can change the permissions of team players by entering the team settings page.
How many people is the team’s contact limit? Are there any reserve players and Coaches?
Each team must have 5 Ace players. There are no reserve players, but the Coach you will assign to your team for the CS:GO game will be able to watch your match.
How to add a friend?
You can send your friend request by logging in to the profile of the person you want to add friends to by using the add friend button.
How to send a message to a player?
Firstly, the player you want to send a message to should be your friend in the platform. After becoming a friend, you can log in to the player’s page, click on the send message button and send your message.
How to remove someone from friendlist?
By entering the profile page of the player you want to unfriend, "... you can click on the "Remove from friendship" button.
How to search for a player or team?
You can search using the customized search filter with the "Custom Search" option located on the left panel.
How to manage profile details?
You can update your settings by logging in to the account settings and logging in to the "Player Details" section.
How are featured badges displayed?

I couldn’t join the match lobby at the time is there any chance to make a lobby again, ?
Players are responsible for all problems that occur on the players’ computer. Unfortunately, it is not possible to compensate for it.
Where can I manage team requests?
You can manage team applications by entering the "Announcements" section in the team profile
I participated in the tournament but was unable to play due to technical problems, will my ticket be refunded?
Tournament tickets cannot be refunded unless the tournament has been cancelled.
